The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong,
presents his compliments to the Under Secretary
of State for the Colonies and with reference to
the Governor's despatch Confidential (2) of the
26th November, 1931, is directed to forward
herewith copy of the instrument appointing Mr.
Chau Tsun Nin to be an Unofficial Member of
the Legislative Council.
In accordance with Colonial Regulation
No. 175 a list of the present Members of the
Legislative Council is enclosed.
